Return and Exchange
Any item without the original ticket is not refundable or exchangeable
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt,
We do not offer any exchanges. Even you want to exchange the item for a different size / colour ,You will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Few Musts
- Enclose your disptach note (or a copy) with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel.
- Post the item, making sure that you keep your recorded delivery and/or proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund.
- Please note that TOFU do not offer pre-paid postal returns.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
Please complete the return form which is the second page of your invoice and send both the invoice and parcel to:

Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please return the item to the above address, following the procedure as outlined above.Please ensure that you mark the return reason as Faulty on your Returns Note .
Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TOFU.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to wearhouse.
To cancel your Standard Delivery Order please contact us by email at info@tofu-tofu.com, If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
